Former teacher turned tech leader. I’ve designed AI/ML learning programs at Google reaching 1M+ learners, led infrastructure teams at Starbucks, and spoken at the U.S.-ASEAN Dialogue on AI and the future of talent. Now I help organizations make AI adoption human-centered and real.
I started my career in the classroom — as an elementary school teacher. That foundation in how people actually learn has shaped everything I’ve done since: from architecting Google Cloud’s ML Engineer and Data Analytics learning programs for over a million learners, to leading multidisciplinary infrastructure teams at Starbucks, to directing Learning & Development at Cornerstone.
Over 15 years, I’ve specialized in designing AI/ML learning experiences, running research on how people adopt new tools, and building experimental methodologies that enhance human agency through AI — not replace it. I’ve conducted beta programs with 2000% participation increases, A/B user testing at scale, and created frameworks like the GenAI-powered “Unleash Team Potential” learning needs assessment.
The through-line? Technology adoption is a learning problem. And I know how to solve learning problems.
SprintKit AI is the company I co-founded to bring these methodologies to everyone. Our affordable sprint kits, courses, and training programs make AI adoption accessible — no expensive consultants required. Learn more →
My team designs and publishes AI, ML, and Data Analytics learning programs across Google’s platforms — building the skills that help people and organizations adopt AI with confidence.
I speak to teams and leaders who are ready to move past AI hype and into real, human-centered adoption.
Engaging, research-backed talks for conferences, leadership offsites, summits, and company all-hands. From the U.S.-ASEAN Dialogue to Google NEXT — I help audiences understand not just what AI can do, but what they should do about it.

Not everyone building with AI is an engineer or a CEO. AI What? is the podcast for parents, educators, mid-level professionals, and everyday leaders who want to understand AI — practically, honestly, and without the jargon. Grounded in change management, designed for real life.
Kelly and Janette compare their actual daily AI workflows. One comes from change management, the other from UX and ads. Listeners will immediately see themselves in one of them.
A no-jargon breakdown of how real people are using AI right now, what the actual risks are, and how to get started without getting burned. The episode you’ll forward to your whole team.
AI is already in schools — but are we using it responsibly? Kelly and Janette dig into what educators and parents need to know about bias, privacy, and teaching critical thinking in an AI world.
Tell us what confuses, excites, or worries you about AI — your topic might become an episode of AI What?
The gap between AI investment and AI impact is growing. After 15 years designing learning programs at Google, Starbucks, and Cornerstone, I’ve seen the pattern — and the fix.
You don’t need engineers to start using AI effectively. Here’s the step-by-step approach I use with teams of every skill level.
43% of failed AI initiatives trace back to one root cause. How leaders can show up differently.
